Our Founder

After more than two decades in leadership roles within asset finance and partnership management, Belinda Mellis built a career defined by clarity, trust, and a genuine care for people. Her lived experience supporting her mother and aunt through dementia, cancer, and cardiac challenges revealed how complex and emotionally demanding the ageing journey can be for families.

With no roadmap and very few moments to pause, Belinda found herself navigating medical systems, legal processes, and family dynamics while still working full-time and supporting others doing the same. She saw first-hand the difference it made when someone could bring structure, understanding and calm to what felt overwhelming.

GrowthArc Care Concierge was created from that experience. It is built on the belief that compassion and organisation can absolutely coexist, and that every person and every family deserves dignity, clarity and kindness throughout life’s transitions.

 

Belinda brings empathy without judgment, practicality without pressure, and advocacy grounded in real-world experience. Her goal is simple: to make the complex a little clearer, and to help families move forward with confidence and care.
